Dropbox is a website designed to allow the upload files and share them with other users. Every account comes with its own space; here, multiple folders can be created, ready to house uploaded files. The user will be able to pick and choose who has access to which folders. The website can be used for both personal storage, and as a means of file transference.

Navigate to the Dropbox folder in the secondary account’s User folder. By default, it’s in C:\Users\[username] (the folder you just opened—it will only change if you moved the user folder during the Dropbox program installation).

Several times I've thought I saved a document or picture on my phone but forgotten I had deleted it. With Dropbox set to automatically back them up it's saved me numerous times!!
